markwayne
Hello After installing the latest Windows 10 update, I've been experiencing a significant slowdown in the boot process. The system takes several minutes to load to the login screen, whereas it used to boot up within a minute. I’ve already tried restarting the PC multiple times and performing a quick system check, but the issue persists. The slow boot seems to occur right after the BIOS, before the Windows logo even appears. I suspect it could be a driver conflict or issue with a recent system update, but I’m not sure where to begin. I’ve already tried updating my graphics and motherboard drivers to the latest versions, but the issue persists. Could it be related to a specific driver, like for my storage controller or chipset? I have checked https://www.xtremehardware.com/forum/forum/93-problemi-software-o-driver/MongoDB guide for reference . I would appreciate any advice on how to diagnose the root cause of this slow boot issue. Is there a tool or method to identify the exact driver causing the delay? Would reverting to a previous system restore point help, or would that risk other issues? Thank you !
