Salve a tutti,

mi hanno consigliato di scrivere qui da un altro forum per chiedere dei consigli su un problema che non hanno saputo darmi spiegazioni.

Ho appena acquistato i componenti per l'aggiornamento del pc: Asrock z97 extreme 4, i5 4690K, 16 gb. ram corsair e 1 hdd WD red da 2 TB da affiancare ad altri 6 dischi sata .

Quando parte la scheda madre mi da errore A2 e non carica l'hard disk WDred ....non credo sia un problema di capacità perchè riconosce senza problemi il WE green da 2 TB.

Potrebbe essere un problema dell'hard disk ? ... ha 1 giorno di vita....

Per capire se il problema è legato all'HD oppure al controller della mobo devi verificare se è collegato al controller intel oppure asmedia, poi provare a spostarlo.

Il WD red lo utilizzi come archiviazione oppure è di boot con sistema operativo?

Che differenza c'è tra controller asmedia e Intel? Comunque ho provato prima con un connettore Intel e poi quello asmedia Ho sostituito un we Green da 2 TB ma nulla non viene riconosciuto. Il sistema operativo è su un ssd e su connettore sata 3_0 per l'avvio

Il controller intel su z97 ha un massimo di 6 porte sata, per ottenere più porte aggiungono controller extra (asmedia) però le performance non sono al pari di intel e comunque garantiscono la piena compatibilità.

Il firmware di Intel è più aggiornato rispetto a quello asmedia nel tuo bios (versione 1.30) è per quello che ti ho chiesto quella prova.

Altra prova da fare è provare ad accendere il sistema con solo il WD red collegato alla porta 1 e verificare che il bios non dia più l'errore A2, altrimenti provare a sostituire il cavo sata.

In estremis posso prepararti un bios con firmware aggiornati, ma penso che il problema sia proprio l'HD difettato.

Mi esce sempre nella gestione dispositivi che gli mancano i driver del controller PCI Simple Communication.

Cosa devo installare?

Ciao a tutti,

Dopo anni di cpu AMD ho decido di provare Intel.

Mi ritrovo peró con un problema per me molto fastidioso, ovvero appena overclocco le frequenze del 4770k, su Windows il risparmio energetico funziona solo sulle frequenze e non abbassa la tensione che rimane costante. Funziona così se metto vcore su fixed, se imposto invece adaptive mi abbassa la tensione, ma appena faccio partire linx mi fa schizzare la tensione a 0,1V in più rispetto al vcore impostato.

Tutte le funzioni di risparmio energetico sono attive da bios.

Le ho provate tutte, qualcuno può aiutarmi?

La mia configurazione è la seguente:

4770k

Asrock Z97 Extreme 4

2x4 GB G.Skill Ares 2400 MHz

Eh già, mi è scesa la lacrimuccia quando ho tolto il Phenom 1090T dal case..

Solo che questo 4770k mi sta facendo un po' dannare con il risparmio energetico ed in più non ho ancora ben capito che sw usare per stressate la cpu, molti consigliano linx 0.6.5, ma a me sembra un cuoci cpu.
