La scheda, basata sulla GPU AMD Radeon HD 6970, è fornita del sistema di raffreddamento WindForce 3X. Questo, è dotato di un sistema orientabile, per ottimizzare il flusso d'aria generato dalle tre ventole PWM. Il sistema Vapor Chamber è dotato di tre heat pipes in rame da 6 mm di diametro.
